BACKGROUND
This training is a development of previous training on the basics of TQM, therefore this training completes the basics of TQM which provides various materials to shift the paradigm of employees and leaders in viewing the current global business environment. Apart from that, appropriate new management principles are provided so that participants are able to manage organizations navigating a turbulent business environment.
OBJECTIVES
After attending this training, participants are expected to be able to use new management concepts in carrying out their daily duties and work. In addition, participants are expected to be able to build managerial skills, in order to carry out: 1) design products and services that suit customer needs, 2) market these products and services effectively to customers.
