Pada tanggal 5 hingga 8 September 2022, PT Eltasa Prima menggelar training dengan berbagai judul di Yogyakarta. Mulai dari Project Management Profesional, Certified Asset Management Professional, Analisa dan Perencanaan Keuangan Yayasan dengan berbagai instansi peserta. Salah satu judul yang berlangsung adalah Project Management Profesional dengan peserta berasal dari PT Krakatau Steel. Deskripsi

Project Management Professional (PMP®) merupakan sertifikasi manajer proyek yang diselenggarakan Project Management Institute (PMI). Diakui dan dituntut secara global, sertifikasi PMP menunjukkan kepada pemberi kerja, klien dan kolega bahwa manajer proyek memiliki pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan manajemen proyek untuk membawa proyek ke penyelesaian yang sukses. Karena permintaan akan manajer proyek yang terampil berada pada tingkat yang sangat mendesak, praktisi yang memegang PMP sertifikasi diposisikan dengan baik untuk memberikan keterampilan profesional yang diperlukan untuk memimpin tim proyek dan mencapai hasil proyek yang sukses. PMP mengakui kompetensi individu untuk melakukan peran sebagai manajer proyek, khususnya pengalaman dalam memimpin dan mengarahkan proyek. Tahun demi tahun, sertifikasi PMP telah mendapatkan pengakuan global dan memerintahkan gaji yang lebih tinggi untuk individu bersertifikat daripada yang tidak bersertifikat individu. Pelatihan yang berlangsung selama 5 hari ini akan dilaksanakan secara Tatap Muka dengan total 40 Jam Pelajaran, dimana telah sesuai dengan persyaratan pelatihan yang diperlukan peserta apabila dikemudian hari akan mengikuti ujian sertifikasi PMP dari PMI.
